VIN members may invest in companies in the VIC ecosystem at any stage of development from new startup to nearing exit.
There is a $30,000 minimum investment commitment.
Investments can be placed in as little as $5K or $10K increments depending which membership group is chosen.
Investments are placed in a holding company that pools together the investments made into a given portfolio company from the individual VIN members.
There are no membership fees, management fees, or carried interest extracted from the invested funds.
