Silji Abraham is a seasoned technology and business leader with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, and industrial automation. He has held executive roles as CTO, CDTO, and CIO at multiple S&P 500 companies, driving innovation in R&D, supply chain, digital transformation, and venture investment.
As SVP & Chief Technology Officer at West Pharmaceutical Services (WST), Silji leads global R&D and IT operations, overseeing cybersecurity, product digitization, and drug delivery advancements. He previously held leadership positions at MilliporeSigma/Merck KGaA, Sigma-Aldrich, and Schneider Electric.
Silji serves on the board of Daikyo Seiko and has chaired innovation committees, managing budgets over $200 million. Recognized as the 2022 Philadelphia Global CIO of the Year, he is also the founder of ShareYourFortune.org, supporting underprivileged communities.
He holds an MBA from Lawrence Technological University, a Master’s Certificate from George Washington University, and a BE in Computer Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
