Darlene M. Boudreaux, CPA, Dallas/Fort Worth. After several years as a worldwide tax partner with Andersen, Darlene co-founded and became the CEO of a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, leading the company through multiple years on the Inc 500 list. Following her sale of the company, she was Executive Director of TechFW, a technology business incubator in Fort Worth, establishing multiple programs for entrepreneurs, universities and local angel investors, including the Cowtown Angels Network. During that time, she has coached dozens of startups, including two that sold for more than $3 billion, combined. She has served on the national boards of the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration, the International Business Innovation Association, and DePauw University, and has been an advisor for several university business, science and engineering schools. She is an adjunct faculty member with the Neeley College of Business at Texas Christian University. Her MBA is from the University of Chicago.
